Tennis Keiki o Hawaiʻi ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website to connect families with our junior tennis programs and accept charitable donations. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Information you provide directly

• Contact information — name, email address, and phone number submitted via enrollment inquiries or contact forms.
• Player information — child's name, age, and skill level provided when inquiring about programs.
• Payment information — billing name and address entered during a donation or lesson payment. Card numbers and payment details are processed entirely by our third-party payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
• Donation details — the amount and frequency of contributions, and whether a donation is one-time or recurring.

Information collected automatically

• Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) used for security monitoring and site performance.
• No tracking cookies or third-party analytics scripts are embedded on this site beyond what is required for core functionality.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Respond to enrollment inquiries and place students in appropriate programs.
• Process charitable donations and issue tax receipts.
• Send program-related communications (schedules, updates, and payment confirmations).
• Comply with legal and tax reporting obligations applicable to 501(c)(3) nonprofits.

We do not send promotional marketing emails without your explicit opt-in, and we do not use your information for automated profiling or algorithmic decision-making.

Payment Processing

All payment transactions on this site are handled by a PCI-DSS–compliant third-party payment processor. When you submit payment information, it is transmitted directly and securely to the processor. We receive only a transaction confirmation and partial billing details (e.g., last four card digits) sufficient to support customer service inquiries. We do not store, transmit, or have access to full card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account information.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers — payment processors, email delivery services, and hosting providers who access data only as needed to perform services on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect it.
• Legal obligations — when required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our players and community.

Children's Privacy

Our programs serve children, and we collect limited information about minor players (name, age, skill level) as provided by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child without parental consent, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

Data Retention

We retain contact and program information for as long as a family is actively enrolled plus one year. Donation records are retained for seven years to meet nonprofit accounting and IRS reporting requirements. You may request deletion of non-financial records at any time.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Opt out of any non-essential communications at any time.
